Welcome to the first issue of Writers Abroad on-line magazine.
This year we decided to take a year out from producing an anthology and instead
elected to showcase our members’ writing, hence this publication.
For the past four years we have produced an anthology written by expat writers from
all over the world. We have received submissions from over 450 authors and we
have helped many of them to achieve publication. All proceeds have been donated
to charities dedicated to helping mainly children gain access to books and reading.
Writers Abroad members offered their time and commitment in the production of
these published works.
We would love to hear what you think; readers’ comments, suggestions, questions
and observations are welcomed. We will publish comments and responses in future
