Create a corn husk doll from materials that would be consistent with the ones
created in the early 1900s.
Prizes will be awarded in each division provided by the Old Town Committee.
Exhibitors must have a season pass & Take their entry to the ‘Old Glory Dance
Hall’ in Old Town from 12:00 p.m. – 7 p.m., Monday, August 1st. Entries will be
exhibited in the ‘Old Glory Dance Hall’ in Old Town during the fair. All entries must
remain in place until Sunday, August 7th at 4:00 p.m.
Divisions are as follows:
90001 – Elementary
90003 – High School
90002 – Jr. High
90004 – Adult

2016 HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR EXHIBITION OF LIVESTOCK,
POULTRY AND BIRDS AT A COUNTY 4H/FFA FAIR EXHIBITION
The Iowa 4-H Livestock website will have the 2016 health requirements for state, district and

Requirements.
ANY EVIDENCE OF WARTS, RINGWORM, FOOT ROT, PINKEYE, DRAINING
ABSCESSES OR ANY OTHER CONTAGIOUS OR INFECTIOUS CONDITION WILL
ELIMINATE THE ANIMAL FROM THE SHOW.
No individual Certificate of Veterinary Inspection will be required on Iowa origin
animals or poultry exhibited at County 4-H/FFA FAIR, but the animals must be
inspected when unloaded or shortly thereafter by an accredited veterinarian. All
animals moving from out of state into an Iowa county 4H/FFA fair must meet Iowa
Animal and Livestock Importation requirements.Each show must have an official
veterinarian.
Quarantined animals or animals from quarantined herds cannot be exhibited.
Official identification listed on a Certificate of Veterinary Inspect ion required for all
cattle and bison of any age coming in from out of state used for rodeos, recreational
events, shows and exhibitions.
SWINE
All swine must originate from a herd or area not under quarantine and must be
individually identified. Plastic tags issued by 4-H official s may be substituted for an
official metal test tag, when there is an additional identificat ion (ear notch).
Swine originating outside of Iowa. All exhibitors must present a test record and
Certificate of Veterinary Inspection that indicate that each swine has had a negative
test for pseudorabies within 30 days prior to the show (individual show regulations
