When we hear the word ‘play’ we think of children, laughter
and games and immediately replay those fond memories of childhood
with a smile. Somewhere along the way, we exchanged play for school,
work and more serious activities thinking that being mature is valued in
our society. Actually, play is not a luxury in our lives - it is a necessity.
