WLM | my Wyoming craving WLM: Tell us about your history in Wyoming, your career, etc. CB: I am retired from the Air Force, which is what initially brought me to Cheyenne in 2002. I retired from the service in 2006. Shortly after retirement, I went to work for Trihydro Corporation in Laramie for approximately five years, and then took a position with the State of Wyoming in The Department of Environmental Quality as a compliance inspector. My position requires a considerable amount of travel throughout the state, which also gives me the opportunity to photograph different locations year round. WLM: What’s your favorite part of Wyoming to photograph? CB: I really do not have a favorite part of Wyoming that I enjoy photographing over another. I have learned that regardless of where you are, beauty is something you choose to see. Even in the most barren locations, there is always something unique to that one place which I want to find. There are thousands of photographs of the Grand Tetons, Old Faithful and Devils Tower.
