F.A.C.E.
Family And Consumer Education - F.A.C.E. was formerly known as Home Economics. Teacher, Mrs. Karen
Turcsany-Lopez and students have been busy in the kitchen. Students were encouraged to choose the item they
would like to cook, type up a list of ingredients, determine the necessary cooking tools and skills needed and
identify appliances they would need. In this class, four students worked in teams of two. Below are the recipes.
