Championship: Wisconsin vs. Michigan 25-19, 25-15
WSD won the first seed for the bracket portion and earned
a bye. Wisconsin then faced Illinois for the semi-final. The
Tigers still could not stop the Firebirds’ domination. WSD
swept ISD two to zero. Then Wisconsin faced Michigan for
the championship match. The Lady Firebirds could not be
stopped as they again swept Michigan. Seniors Elizabeth

20-25, 13-25, 21-25
Facing Union Grove at home immediately after CSSD,
Wisconsin attempted to muster some energy to play Union
Grove. Union Grove proved to be energetic and overcame
WSD’s futile attempt to keep the match close. Union Grove
swept both matches against the Lady Firebirds this season.
Wisconsin vs. Waukesha Christian Academy
19-25, 18-25, 15-25
Exacting revenge on the Lady Firebirds for Waukesha’s earlier
loss, Waukesha swept the match with three wins. The Firebirds
were feeling the leftover effects from the CSSD tournament and
could not muster sufficient energy to win a game at Waukesha.
