WSD vs. Union Grove Christian 26-38
WSD lost somewhat easily when Union Grove immediately set the
tone with a 17-9 performance during the first quarter. The rest of the
game was close with a few points differential during the subsequent
quarters. Amanda Feliciano was the undisputed star of the game with
15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 steals. Hannah Rees assisted with 13
rebounds and 6 steals.

WSD vs. Mountain Top 31-56
To close out the season, WSD lost to Mountain Top. The tone of the
game was clearly set during the first quarter when WSD was kept
scoreless while Mountain Top earned 14 points. The rest of the game
was relatively close. Amanda Feliciano was once again the bright
shining star of the game with 16 points and 6 rebounds.

Competition
Four WSD Special Olympic bowlers competed in
the state competition on Saturday, December 3, in
Wauwatosa. They were Chloe Goetsch, Brandaun
Carter, Alex Kubiske and Shane Tisa. Fifth grader
Chloe finished first in her division with the score of
56, 53 and 53. Junior Brandaun and sophomore Alex
were placed in the same division with 8 players where
Brandaun took third place with scores of 132, 100 and
122 while Alex took fifth place by scoring 123, 127
and 100. Senior Shane finished first in his division
with 101, 140 and 170. During this tournament, Shane
earned his 10th turkey which means he achieved three
consecutive strik
