“The middle school girls’
basketball team worked very
hard all season. Even though
we did not have a winning
record, we should be proud
of how we competed in every
game, giving our maximum
effort. Most of the players
were 4th and 5th graders.
However, our 8th graders,
Katelyn Miller and Halina
Kangas, provided great
leadership to the young team.”
