In this class, your child will learn new ballet
techniques and terminology. Your child will
complete barre and floor work, choreography,
and more advanced combinations. Lessons
will build with complexity and end with a
recital where you can see how your child’s
skills have developed. Solid colored leotard
and ballet slippers required. The Dance Recital
will be on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 5:00 pm (fee
is included).

NEW Movement
Building on basic ballet skills

Ages: 3 – 5
8-week session
This super creative class allows children to
be, do and go literally anywhere their little
minds will take them. Children feel free to
move in all sorts of ways in this class. Who
said physical fitness is no fun? In this class,

This class provides a Hip Hop cultured
experience that is able to accommodate all
difficulty levels for different ages. Participants
will learn the various styles of Hip Hop and
Breakdance set to today’s top hits as well as
beats from the underground. Styles include
popping, locking, breaking, and many others.
This class is for boys and girls. A Dance recital
will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 5:00 pm
(fee is included).

The Weinstein JCC School of Dance offers an
exciting learning environment for students
of all skill levels. Our program gives dancers
the opportunity to learn and perform various
types of professional dance in a group setting
with the option of a dance recital each spring.
We have a wonderful staff of professional
ballet instructors: Patty Mochary, Kristen Flato
and Katherine Smothers.
A dance recital will be held on Friday, May 19,
2017 at 5:00 pm. (Participation optional and
additional costume fee required.)
