Fitness Cardio Belly Dance An introduction to belly dance Instructor: Annette McGrath Ages: 18+ 8-week session We are born to move! Find joy and express yourself confidently with this introduction to the ancient art of belly dance. Tap into the feminine strength of a supple spine, powerful core, toned limbs and free hips. Basic movements will be slowly built into simple, fun combinations. Please wear light, comfortable dance or workout gear. Chiffon belly dance coin belt included with registration. Improve your overall body sense and notice the changes as your body effortlessly finds greater alignment and balance. You will activate your own core strength and stability and rehydrate the tissues of your body for greater mobility and ease of motion. MELT helps common issues like headaches, insomnia, bloating, weight gain, cellulite and and improves athletic performance.
