The TV personality has launched a series of 52 videos , each focusing on a different Canadian export . One clip will air per week , taking viewers on a cross-country culinary tour that ’ ll touch down in every province and territory , from blueberries in Quebec to ginseng in Ontario , from mushrooms in the Northwest Territories to Screech rum in Newfoundland . ricardocuisine . com
rick Hansen Foundation : access4aLL Steep curbs and narrow doorways might seem like easy obstacles to navigate . But for many Canadians they represent physical barriers that limit their ability to walk onto a playground or roll into a coffee shop . Through its Access4All initiative , the Rick Hansen Foundation aims to make public spaces more inclusive by inspiring Canadians to identify and remove accessibility barriers in their own neighbourhoods . At least 50 projects across the country will be awarded up to $ 30,000 each to improve access to schools , parks , playgrounds and community centres .
