A research and service learning experience to learn about other cultures.
Discussion: Cultural competence and inclusiveness.
Interviews: Talk to newcomers, both young visitors and refugees.
Workshop topic : Innovative analysis of the tourist market using SWOT (strength,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats).
Intellectual output: Students use the business plan for new innovative ideas to welcome
young tourists and newcomers.
