For the health conscious , try the power quinoa bowl or one of their salads . “ I ’ ve always had a passion for cooking ,” saysowner Dana VanDecker , who runs the business with her husband Aaron . “ I travel to Vermont a lot , and love the feeling of cozy French country décor . I wanted to translate that in our restaurant .”
