It has been an honour and a privilege to be part of such an amazing society for nearly 5 years and I know that God will continue to work through LIFE and let it flow into our amazing school. I pray that LIFE will also continue to do God’s work in a way that honours him. As usual, this year the LIFE Christian Society had quite an eventful year. We started off the year with our annual social, which included food, games, fun times and an amazing time of prayer and ministry. It was truly an amazing evening! We also had many unique moments this year, including some powerful devotions given in assembly. A worship group was formed on a Thursday during assembly, thanks to Miss Coopoosamy. In addition, some amazing people joined us from various churches to help out during LIFE meetings on a Tuesday at first break. Candice Stansbury It has not only been a year of spiritual growth, but also physical growth. I have never seen so many new people join in the space of a couple of months, which has made LIFE an even bigger family than it was before. This is such a great testimony to God’s work at LIFE. That is exactly what LIFE is all about, it’s about being there for each other, through prayer, sharing testimonies or just being someone to talk to, just like a real family would. A LIFE meeting is a place where anybody can walk in and feel safe, no matter what your story or back- 136
