Employees simply input their starting and ending locations . Routes and availabilities appear with beginning , pick-up and ending locations and times . The routes even show other riders .

If there is no current route , then the employee can contact VanStar staff and create one . The system will pool a group of riders together or the route will be held until enough riders join .
