NEW GROUND
Activists in Kampala succeeded in

presenting the first production in
Uganda, since being shut down in 2005!
In Ocala, Florida a local businessman
tried to strong-arm the town’s
government into shutting down a
production of the play, but local and
national Vagina Warriors rallied support
through an online petition and town hall,
and the production was mounted.
Exit Theatre of Tehran produced another
successful production; this year being
the first year they presented A Memory
A Monologue, A Rant and a Prayer.
