Scott has been a bucther for 28 years, then while working for Dewhurst (then the biggest butchery company in the country) he became young butcher of the year.
He's worked in many aspects of the trade from wholesale up to high end butchers shops.
He started the ScottReaProject 4 years ago as a bit of fun, posting butchery videos, but soon realised that he had struck a chord with many people,the reaction has been overwhelming really, it's really changed the way people, buy prepare and cook their meat,
