Autumn! This is my favorite season of the year and from my viewpoint, the most beautiful. But, with this beautiful time of year also comes those beautiful leaves that fall from the beautiful trees to create a “beautiful” nuisance in yards and ditches.

At this time, I would like to extend some important reminders to owners who are endeavoring to keep their wonderful homes and properties clean and presentable.

As part of the Fall cleanup effort, when cleaning up your yards, please do not forget the ditches along the road adjacent to your lot as well as driveway culvert pipes. For proper water flow, it is essential that these areas be clean and clear of leaves and debris. Yard waste such as leaves, grass clippings, and tree trimmings may be disposed of at the stump dump. Plastic bags, however, are not permitted to be thrown into the stump dump.

Remember, undeveloped lots are privately owned and therefore are considered private property. Please be courteous to your neighbor by not intentionally depositing your yard waste onto another owner’s property, or onto common property.

With your help we can make the Treasure Lake community one of the best and most beautiful places to live by maintaining the quality of standards set forth in the Declaration of Restrictions.

If you have any questions, please call Property Control at (814) 371-0711, ext. 110.
