Spring is here! It's the time of the year to renew your membership cards and vehicle stickers. The new stickers are required by May 1 to be in good standing with security. In the beginning of June, Security will be stopping all vehicles with expired stickers on them; we will have cones set up to funnel vehicles into the inside lane. Please bear with us during this time as the Security officers are doing their job. If you need help taking off your old sticker, please stop at the front gate and we will be glad to help you.
A reminder about the rear gate: when you use your rear gate card it can not be used again for a period of fifteen (15) minutes. The rear gate has a delay feature on it. Remember that you are not allowed to let other members or guests in the back gate. Guests are only permitted to come through the front gate after being called in properly. Keep in mind that at the Main Gate we can observe the rear gate on the new camera system, including your registration plate number. When we observe someone attempting to let someone in the rear gate, we dispatch our security officer to the rear gate. The officer at the front gate has the ability to deny your card from being used when you use it improperly, as some of our members have discovered. Please cooperate with us as we make this a more secure community.
