NEW CHEF BRINGS YOUTH AND SIZZLE TO TREASURE LAKE MENUS!

The Treasure Lake Property Owners Association has named Scott Patrick as executive chef at the Lakeview Lodge and all other food service operations throughout the property. Patrick, a native of Syracuse, NY is a self-taught chef, but was also trained under Tino Buggio; considered by many as one of the tops chefs in Europe.

Mr. Patrick’s first head chef position was at the Montclair Country Club in Dumfries, VA at the age of 30; considered young in this highly competitive position. He also worked at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Lake Manassas, VA. In addition to Patrick’s other accomplishments, last year his appetizer was voted “most creative” at Chefs on Stage in State College, Pa.

He earned his hotel, restaurant, tourism, management degree from East Stroudsburg University in the heart of the Pocono mountains. Over the past 11 years, he has worked in various settings such as the corporate cafeteria for the Department of Defense, Dulles Airport, inflight catering for all major airlines and private charters, privately owned restaurants and high end golf and country clubs in Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, DC. His parents are natives of Clearfield and Philipsburg, PA. We are delighted he has joined our family to cook up some new culinary creations! Welcome Scott!
