• The parking lot lighting project at the Lakeview Lodge is scheduled to be completed by the end of January
• Full back gate access service will be restored on February 3rd
• The TLPOA building located at the Town Center was recently converted from propane heat, to natural gas
• The tree removal project continues on the Gold golf course focusing on holes #1, #10 and #13
We are still waiting for many of you to stop in and see us at the Lakeview Lodge for dinner. Chef Dan and his team are serving up some great fare Wednesday thru Saturday night. We also feature “The Big Buffet” every Friday night. We have a great wine list, as well as a nice selection of fine spirits and handcrafted cocktails. Please come in! I personally guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Although our wonderful community is presently covered with snow and most of the amenities have been shut down for the winter, the TLPOA team is actively planning and preparing for the 2014 spring and fall season. With just a little over 100 days until the first of May, it will be here before you know it! You can expect to see many more improvements throughout the operations, especially as it relates to our service delivery. We also have several new social events and activities planned for the whole family.
