When Covering with a Tarp, Please Use Natural Colors

Currently there is no policy or restriction governing what color tarps can be used in the community. However, we are requesting that residents and property owners be considerate, and stay with the natural color scheme of Treasure Lake by using brown or dark green tarps to cover items. Thank you in advance for your compliance with this request. If you have any questions or concerns please call Property Control at 814-371-0711, ext. 110.

Old Marina Docks for Sale

Treasure Lake Maintenance staff has removed the old marina docks and placed everything in storage in preparation for new aluminum docks with composite decking to be installed this spring. There are many sections of the old dock that are still suitable for private boat docks, and anyone interested in purchasing a section of dock may call Property Control at the number above for more information.

Lakeview Lodge Parking Lot Lighting Project

In December, a bid was awarded to Jewell Electric Inc. of DuBois for the construction of new parking lot lights for the Lakeview Lodge. Construction began in December with the installation of all of the concrete bases, and underground wiring. Construction is scheduled to be complete by mid February, and will feature maintenance free aluminum poles, with all LED light fixtures.

Recycling Center on Harbor View Road

If you find the Recycling Center containers located on Harbor View Road full, please DO NOT leave your recycling on the ground outside the containers. Please be aware it is for recycling goods ONLY. If you have any further questions, or if the containers are full please contact the Treasure Lake Administrative Office at (814) 371-0711 ext. 100.

Wood Permits

Treasure Lake sells wood permits to property owners in good standing who may harvest trees that are already down.

You may only harvest on the property owner's association common ground, not on empty lots owned by other property owners. Non-property owners cannot purchase wood permits.

The permits are $10.00 and are good for one year from the date that your purchase the permit.

Ask at the POA reception desk for more information. 814-371-0711 x100
