We have some exciting news at the marina this year!

We will be hosting live music throughout the summer at the Marina, so check out our website to stay up to date on all the events and where and when they are happening. Also, come in and see our new look and

have a cup of coffee and a donut and enjoy the view.

Our new and improved hours for the 2015 season are as follows:

May 1st until Memorial weekend we will be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00AM to 5:00pm

Starting Memorial Weekend, until Labor Day weekend, we will be open from 8:00AM until 7:00PM

After Labor Day weekend, we are open Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00AM until 5:00PM and we will

close September 30th.

Also a few reminders for everyone:

Please make sure you place your 2015 boat sticker on your boat.

If you will be storing your trailer at the Marina Dam, you must have a 2015 sticker on your trailer.

If your boat is being delivered, please contact us (814) 371-0711 ext. 903 so we may meet with your contractor to insure your boat is placed in the proper dock.

If you are a person born on, or after January 1, 1982, you must have an approved Boating Safety Education Certificate issued by the PFBC to operate any powered boat with a motor greater than 25 horse power. Non-residents must have a certificate issued by the NASBLA-National Association of State Boating Law Administrators. We are looking forward to a fun filled season.

Garage Sales

Springtime brings spring cleaning and garage sales. Weekend garage sale permits, including the three official garage sale signs, can be purchased at the TLPOA office for $10. Extra signs are $1 each. Permits are available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm at the POA office. Sales can be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday except on the holiday weekends of (Memorial Day, the weekend after the 4th of July, and Labor Day.) There is a limit of two sales per residence per year. Only Treasure Lake-issued signs can be displayed in the community, and they must be removed by noon on the Monday after the sale. State law prohibits signs from being mounted on utility poles.
