Old Marina Docks for Sale

Treasure Lake Maintenance staff have removed the old marina docks and placed everything in storage in preparation for new aluminum docks with composite decking to be installed this spring. There are many sections of the old dock that are still suitable for private boat docks, and anyone interested in purchasing a section of dock may call Property Control at the number above for more information.

Treasure Lake Stump Dump

This year, changes are in effect at the stump dump. All vegetative waste taken up to the Stump Dump will now be recycled twice a year, and turned into mulch. Acceptable material to be dropped off is limited to dirt, rocks, tree stumps, logs, brush, leaves, grass clippings, and associated yard waste. Separate piles for each acceptable material have been established, and we ask that you place your waste in the appropriate pile.

A new information sheet has been added to your assessment packet this year. We have included the fees for stickers and all the valid documentation required for those stickers as well as the fees for Golf Memberships. PLEASE NOTE: the Annual Cart fee is $650 per person plus tax. With $39 tax added that fee total is $689 per person.

Another new addition is the number of membership cards for property owner households. In an effort to eliminate confusion for our lifeguards, who have more important duties, we will be printing a card for every person living in the property owner’s home. We will also be writing the individual’s name on the cards. As such we will need the ages of the children living in the property owner’s household. Whether mailing in your payment and requests for stickers and membership cards or appearing in person at the TLPOA administrative offices we will need to know all the names of the people who live in each house and the ages of the children to process the membership cards correctly.
