One of the main challenges is to respond to
business needs on a case-by-case basis. Social
innovation includes innovation in services,
processes and products in highly diverse
sectors
(social
inclusion,
environment,
disability, etc.). Social innovation can be
technological or non-technological. Priority
needs are also highly diverse: HR, intellectual
property, business model development,
fundraising, research and development,
communication, social impact assessment, etc.
In this context, we understand that it is difficult
to unite the knowledge and expertise required
to effectively support companies within one
organisation. The success of support therefore
relies on our ability to connect the right people
at the right time.
