• Is there a team to help ‘scale’ the project
(investors want to see that the project has the
potential to scale up and grow)? What are the
key roles in terms of scaling, who will fill them
and is there a timeline as to when they would
be filled?
• How much money is required and how will it
be spent? Is it on development costs, market
development, key person hires etc.? It is important for investors that there is no ‘black
hole’ in terms of unexpected / hidden development costs.
• Finances should cover 4 / 5 years.
