The Pro Guitar Shop and Tone Report Weekly family recently lost
one of its own, our Founder, CEO, and fearless leader Aaron Miller. He
passed away at his home in Portland, surrounded by family and loved ones.
We have vowed to carry on with our mission in spite of this terrible loss,
but we thought it appropriate to devote a corner of Tone Report Weekly
to honoring Aaron’s legacy and telling our readers a little bit more about
the life of our boss, beloved friend, and fellow musician, and how he grew
Pro Guitar Shop from a small, home-based eBay business to the respected
industry stalwart it is today.

inkling of Aaron Miller’s oversized impact on the guitar effects world. All
of these facets of who we are started with him, growing into what they are
today as a direct result of his passion, vision, and keen business instincts.
Aaron was never one to tread down a well-worn path or accept anything less
than greatness, and these personal traits manifested themselves in the PGS
philosophy and business model from the very beginning.
