TUTORIAL »
Over the next few weeks you will notice a slight reduction in the green speeds on the golf course.
The putting surfaces are showing signs of recovery and improved health, however, they are not
healthy enough, nor are they ready for, the planned summer cultural practices ahead. Health
and nutrition will now be the focus. As the surfaces respond to the applied nutrition, the muchneeded growth will slightly slow down the ball roll. The Tiburón maintenance team’s efforts are
geared towards elevating your experience and there is no question our current practices will
enhance this experience moving forward. A strong putting green produces opportunity and
flexibility with the playability of the golf course. Currently, the opportunity and flexibility is not
quite there, however, we plan to instill it.
