How many Memberships will be offered?
The number of Medallion Memberships will be limited to 350.
The number of Signature Memberships will be limited to the
number of homes and homesites in the Tiburón® community.

Immediate family members of Medallion and Signature
Members may use the Tiburón® Golf Club facilities.
Immediate family members shall include the Member’s
spouse or designated significant other and unmarried
children who are age 22 or younger, and either living at
home, attending school full-time or in the military.

What is the membership fee for each
category of membership?
The required membership fees for Signature and Medallion
Memberships are set forth in the Membership Application.
It is anticipated that membership fees will be increased from
time to time.

How can I apply for a membership?
Medallion Membership is available by invitation from a
current Member or Tiburón® Golf Club management. Upon
invitation, an applicant must complete and execute the
Membership Application. Membership Applications received
by Tiburón® Golf Club management after the time specified
in the Membership Application shall expire.

How are dues established?
Dues will be established each year at levels comparable to
other membership clubs in Florida offering similar facilities
and services, and number of Members. The annual dues for the
current membership year are set forth on the Schedule of Dues
and Fees. Dues are payable in advance on or before the first day
of the membership year. Dues for future years may vary.
