What are the privileges of each category
of membership?
Upon payment of the membership fee and dues, each category of membership
provides the following privileges at the Tiburón® Golf Club facilities:

Medallion and Associate Club Memberships. Medallion
and Associate Club Members are entitled to use all of the
Tiburón® Golf Club facilities. Medallion and Associate Club
Members are entitled to reserve a golf tee time up to 60 days
in advance of the date of play. Medallion and Associate Club
Members are not required to pay greens fees. All other fees, such
as golf cart fees, greens fees for guests and tournament fees are
applicable to Medallion and Associate Club Members.
Signature Membership. Signature Members are entitled to
use all of the Tiburón® Golf Club facilities. Signature Members
are entitled to reserve a golf tee time up to ten days in advance
of the date of play during the off-season (May-October). During
the seasonal months (November-April), Signature Members
may not reserve a tee time or play as a Member, provided,
however, they may reserve a tee time and play as a visiting
daily fee golfer under any visiting (daily) golfer program then in
effect on the Resort Course. During the period from November
through April, Signature Members playing with Medallion
Members who reserve an advance tee time shall be subject to
all applicable guest limitations. Signature Members are required
to pay greens fees, cart fees, guest fees and tournament fees.

Do Members have access to the facilities
at The Ritz-Carlton® Golf Resort, Naples?
Members presently have access to the swimming pool, sundeck
and four Har-Tru tennis courts at The Ritz-Carlton® Golf Resort,
Naples, pursuant to agreements between the Partnership and
the owners, tenants, affiliates and management of The
Ritz-Carlton® Golf Resort, Naples (the “Agreements”). Access to
such facilities may discontinue in the future pursuant to the
terms of the Agreements. Members are subject to the rules and
regulations in effect from time to time at such facilities and may
be prohibited from using the facilities for failure to comply with
the rules and regulations. Members do not have access to the
health club facilities at The Ritz-Carlton® Golf Resort, nor do
they have access to any facilities at The Ritz-Carlton®, Naples.
