It’s an obvious and well documented human behavior. It’s a lot more detailed than this, but it’s about first impressions and it is as relevant to products as it is to people. So what does this have to do with the notebook? Well, it’s simply because the P57X v6 is a rough diamond. It’s certainly got some admirable qualities, but they are betrayed by some oversights. Fortunately, overall, you’re still looking at a worthwhile product, even if it is one that has been sacrificed by some shortsightedness. The first of these is the inclusion of a D-sub VGA port, while omitting DisplayPort or mini-DisplayPort connectivity.
