The Community Outreach Specialist will provide support to all fundraising
activities performed by the Arkansas Chapter to meet revenue goals. The
incumbent will help increase concern and awareness through outreach
efforts including community presentations, marketing and volunteer
engagement.

Identifies, engages, cultivates, solicits, and stewards current and
prospective donors in expanding their financial support of the work of the
American Red Cross. Responsible for meeting an annual revenue target by
working with an assigned portfolio of donors and prospects to advance the
mission of the organization and assist donors in creating meaning in their
lives through giving to the American Red Cross

AmeriCorps members at Pfeifer Camp will be involved in numerous service
opportunities. They will serve as mentors living in the cabins with a group
of campers and their counselor. They will also serve as tutors and teacher
aides in the classroom under the direction of the head classroom teacher.
Members will also visit past ACE graduates in their regular schools to
monitor progress and intervene, serving as advocates for the student
when problems arise.

Our House’s Child Development Center – Little Learners – is expanding into
a brand new, state of the art Children’s Center, and we are looking to
grow our team of early childhood professionals.
Teachers at Little Learners have the opportunity to work with a unique
population of children 0-5 years old, as their parents make their way back
into the workforce. This fast-paced and impactful job leads to stronger
connections with the Little Rock Community and many opportunities for
child development training and professional growth.
