A Message from the Chairman
I
love everything about this time of year! I love the
fact that the weeks between Thanksgiving and New
Year’s are spent in gatherings with friends and
families reflecting on those things we are grateful
for and our focus truly is on making others happy.
Each day in our restaurants our teams are focused on
WOWing our guests and making them happy. For that
reason, when we gather for Thanksgiving at our house,
our team is the first one’s we express thanks for. Without
them, none of this would be possible.

Sitting here today and reflecting on
2014, it is hard to believe that this time
last year this organization was still known
as the BWNFA and the discussions that
led to the new FBS/FAC structure had not
yet occurred.
In less than a year we have repurposed and rebranded the BWNFA to FBS
and have built a collaborative structure
and relationship with the company. As a
result, your FAC representatives are doing
some very important work inside that
new structure.
There are several key moments I will
remember about this past year, but the
most memorable for me will be our 2014
Summit. What better way for us to launch
this new chapter than for Sally to kick off
our 10th Summit the same week she was
celebrating her 20th anniversary with the
brand? Sally’s message about the history
and growth of the brand was funny, and
her points about the need to continue
to evolve were on the mark. I believe
2015 will launch significant change in
this industry in general and Buffalo Wild
Wings
