brand and how she

grow was the perfect
fit with the event’s
theme.
Ms. Smith remained on stage with Chairman Wray Hutchinson and
Vice Chairman Mark Jones to help recognize franchisees celebrating

This year marked the 10th
anniversary of the annual FBS
member event. To commemorate
how far the event, and the
association, had come in those
10 years, plans were made to
raise the bar higher than ever to
create an experience attendees
would truly remember as they
celebrated the past and looked
toward the future.
There were several new
elements on the agenda,
starting off with the opening
entertainment act by Rokardy and
Axel. These two Cirque-style performers amazed the
audience with their grace and dexterity as Rokardy nearly touched
the ceiling through careful hand-balancing and Axel perched
precariously on cylinders and boards.
