Boys Brigade - 130 years young!
the boys’ brigade is 130 years old this year and as part of those celebrations,
1 st stewarton have been having an even busier session than normal.
On the 5th October (closest date we
could get to the official anniversary
of 4th October), all our sections
attended a Parade along with
Companies from throughout
East Ayrshire. We had a total
65 boys and staff who attended
on the day from p1 to 18 years
old. During the event we had
the parading of colours, marching,
decorated float, dressing up and stalls. It
was over all a great way to Celebrate.
The main event for the Junior Section was
the sleepover. As it was the 130th Anniversary,
