Ayrshire Talented Athlete

develop promising athletes of
today who have the potential to be
tomorrow’s sporting heroes.

be willing and able to provide

Lucy says:
“For me competitions are
the best part of ice skating,
it makes all the training
really worthwhile. I train
for 5 sessions a week on the
ice; Wednesday, Thursday
and Friday nights and at
0645 every Saturday and
0600 every Sunday morning.
It can be hard getting up
early every weekend but
having the chance to compete
in Croatia shows that the
hard work pays off. I really
love ice skating as there are
always new jumps, spins
and routines to learn and of
course the sparkly dresses!”
