Rainbows meet at John Knox Church Hall and enjoy all sorts of exciting activities including arts & crafts, games, quizzes, outings, singing and baking. New helpers, young or old, would be welcomed with open arms and in return for volunteering are guaranteed to be rewarded as the Rainbows (girls aged 5-7yrs) develop confidence, skills, independence and a strong sense of community spirit. Your weekly commitment can also be used to work towards a Guiding Leadership Qualification, supported by other leaders. Monkey Face recently organised a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party where both children and adults enjoyed following the woodland trail in search of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ characters.
