Daylight hours are getting longer now and Spring is in the air. It’s nature’s time for rebirth and growth and it’s also a very natural time of year for all of us to look positively at the year ahead. Over the dark winter months we’ve had plenty of time to examine how we could improve ourselves both physically and mentally, whether to lose weight, stop smoking, deal with issues that continually dog us and just don’t seem to go away or we’re just simply in need of a relaxing body massage to transport us into a blissful state.
