The Kimberley School Yr 9
textile students will soon be
taking part in ‘Dress a child
around the world’. Pillow
cases turn into sundresses
and socks into sock toys
to put in the pockets of the
clothes we send.
If you have any colour/any size
pillowcases or socks, please send
them to the D&T Faculty.

Statistically one in ten women will develop breast cancer
during their lifetime. Breast cancer is the most common
cancer in females, accounting for one third of all cases.
Professor Andrew Hanby is one of the country’s leading Breast
Cancer experts. He will be visiting The Kimberley School to talk
to interested parties about the causes, diagnosis and treatment
of breast cancer during the evening of the 16th, and will talk to
students on the morning of the 17th December 2014.
