McCartney's "When I'm Sixty-Four" was a song "aimed chiefly at parents", however its still contained part of McCartney's vaudeville theme much to the dismay of Lennon, who didn't really like the concept.

Meter Maids (Parking Inspectors) weren't actually called "Meter Maids" until after the release and popularity of the album.

Coincidently "Good Morning Good Morning" was inspired by a television commercial for Kellogg's Corn Flakes, from which Lennon adapted a jingle as the song's chrous.

"Sgt.Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band" {Reprise] was put on from a suggestion from Neil Aspinall, stating that since the album opened with Sgt. Pepper it should close to.

"A Day In The Life" was co written by both McCartney and Lennon.Part of the lyrics coming from news articles in the Daily Mirror which happened to be on Lennons piano.
