with a unified toss of Georgia red clay, Trinity ceremoniously broke ground on a new assisted living and memory care community in Grayson, Ga on January 14. Now, a construction is well underway with a completion date set for the summer of 2017. The community will operate under the Dogwood Forest brand, joining a family of seven other metro Atlanta communities.
As steel beams go up, more and more Grayson community residents have become ecstactic about the build.
The 91- unit community will offer assisted living, memory care, short term stays and
adult day services. The community will utlize
a new prototype for Solomon Development with an even greater emphasis on
transformative space and more spacious apartments dwellings.Upon its opening, Dogwood Forest will be only the second assisted living to open in Grayson.
Consistent with Dogwood Forest's emphasis on environment, features will include a bistro, barber/salon, media room, courtyards, theatre, multiple sunrooms, and multipurpose areas. Along with a private dining room, common area living room, and sitting areas located throughout the design, the community will be unmatched in the area.
The developer for the project will be Solomon Development Services. Trinity will serve as operator. Dogwood Forest of Grayson is set to open July 2017.
