113th Connecticut Amateur Championship
June 15th - 19th at Black Hall Club (Old Lyme, Conn.)
Who Can Play: The championship is open to all amateurs in Connecticut who hold an
active handicap at a CSGA member club with a handicap index not exceeding 6.4.
Last Year’s Championship: In 2014, Zach Zaback of TPC River Highlands used his
impressive short game skills to defeat Kevin Josephson of Country Club of Farmington,
1-Up. Zaback went on to capture the 2014 Dick Tettelbach Player of the Year.
One Quick Fact: Since the inception of the Two Man Team Championship, a 36-hole team
competition, no player has successfully won the tournament and gone on to capture the
Connecticut Amateur in the same season.
