Off the Course
The winery at Château Elan, originally opened in 1984, is world-famous
and one of the most beautiful in the country. Just a few minutes off the
interstate, it feels like a step back in time when you enter the gates of
the 16th century-style French chateau surrounded by lush vineyards.
Visitors can take a tour of the winery and experience the entire process
behind the making of exquisite wines, and you can even stomp your own
grapes while you’re there! After the tour, you can stop in and taste their
unique selection of olive oils and spices.
