S tarting on Sept. 29 – the day after the Ryder Cup wraps up in Scotland – Back9Network will officially launch nationwide on DIRECTV. That’s 14 weeks from today, or 98 days, but who’s counting? Set aside one of your favorites for channel 262. You won’t regret it. The multi-year deal marks the first television carriage agreement for Back9, which will air nearly 1,100 hours of original programming in the first year. There will be 10 original primetime series, including “The Ahmad Rashad Show,” “Ball Hogs,” and “Golf Treasures.” There will be live shows every morning, midday and evening.
