After being grounded for 2020 , the Coshocton Hot Air Balloon Festival is set to return to the Coshocton County Fairgrounds with three days of family-friendly fun . The plan is for the three-day event to begin at 4 p . m . on Thursday , June 10 when midway / vendors open , with a three-balloon launch at 7 p . m . See page 4 .
