Lamb Stew
Even though the groundhog saw his shadow
and has predicted an early Spring it doesn’t
mean you can’t enjoy a nice warm hearty stew
for the remaining days of Winter. Here is a
“Cone Home Recipe” - a dish that is as
delicious as it is easy to make. With a few
ingredients you can put together this Lamb
Stew for yourself or several others in less time
than it would take to wait for a take-out-order.
Note: you can make this with any other meat
of your choice, preferably one with a bit of fat
content if you want to get that extra flavor
palette. And as with most stews, it taste even
better the next day. Enjoy!!
