Part of what makes a great meal, a truly
great meal is presentation. We eat as
much with our eyes as we do with our
taste buds and that is why special care is
given in high-end restaurants in just how
a dish is plated. It is as important as the
ingredients used in the dish itself and
often built into the complexity of what
you will taste overall. With this in mind
photographer Taido Genmyo combines
his passion for food, form and
photography to create this mini-photo
essay on the fashion of food.
