Clark Durland is 32 years old living vivaciously in Tulsa , Oklahoma . By attending the Little Light House , Clark received the foundation to build the inclusive life he has today . As parents , we were so thankful for the early intervention and therapy services . The program assisted Clark to develop his outward expression of love and compassion that he radiates to others .

Clark ’ s achievements have surpassed all expectations . Clark was Prom King for the class of 2004 at Jenks High School , where he also served as manager of the varsity basketball team . After recognizing his incredible achievements , the kindness of a professor at ORU allowed Clark to fulfill his dream of attending college . For several years he participated in a class to facilitiate the training of special education majors . Then an employment opportunity became available , which allowed Clark to work at Apache Corporation until the closing of the Tulsa office , being a member of the office services team .
Currently , Clark is a student at Pathways Adult Learning Center . It has allowed him to continue on his path of spiritual growth , developing life skills and vocational training . Clark is a paid artist for Pathways and adores it . He has also won numerous ribbons exhibiting his own art at the Tulsa State Fair . Clark has won many medals in Special Olympics , and has participated in the Little Light House ’ s annual fun run , Laps for Little Ones , almost every year .
