Matching Gift Opportunity
The Carl C. Anderson, Sr. and Marie Jo Anderson Charitable Foun-
dation from Austin, Texas has presented the LLH with a challenge
grant of $15,000 to Sponsor a Child. Therefore, every dollar donated
to sponsor a LLH child will be matched up to $15,000.
Currently, we have matched $12,000. If you are interested in help-
ing us raise the final $3,000, please write in the memo line of your
check “Anderson Charitable Foundation Matching Grant.” All funds
received to sponsor a child will be used to provide therapeutic
services and education for a LLH child. Additionally, therapeutic
equipment for the child may be purchased with a portion of the
funds.
It costs approximately $30,000 per child for one year of services
at the LLH. This includes any necessary therapies: speech, occu-
pational, physical, low vision, and a state-of-the art education that
prepares the child for kindergarten. Your generosity can help make
a difference!
