Pro Bono March Madness CLE Event
As part of the Atlanta Bar Association ’ s Pro Bono March Madness , the Bankruptcy Section will sponsor an Advocacy in Adversary Proceedings program on March 22 , 2017 from 8:00AM – 12:00PM ( 3.0 CLE hours ). The training , which will take place at the State Bar of Georgia , will include an overview of bankruptcy court jurisdiction , rules of procedure applicable in adversary proceedings and substantive issues typically arising in adversary proceedings in individual bankruptcy cases , including determining the dischargeability of particular debts and violations of the automatic stay and discharge injunction .
